iPhoneで決済される方へのご注意Important Notice for iPhone Users Making Payments

iPhoneでの決済時、決済画面で決済情報を入力し、決済を行ったにも関わらず完了画面に遷移せず、前の画面に戻り決済が完了しない現象が発生することがあります。
このような場合は、新規利用登録後に送られてくるメール内のURLをタップしてサイトを開くのではなく、メール内のURLをコピーした後ブラウザを開き、アドレスバーにコピーしたURLをペーストして決済画面を開いてください。その後、再度決済を行ってください。 Some iPhone users may experience an issue where, after entering payment details and completing the transaction, the screen does not transition to the completion page. Instead, it returns to the previous page, and the payment is not processed.
If you encounter this issue:
- Do not access the payment page by tapping the URL in your registration email.
- Copy the URL from the email.
- Open your browser and paste the copied URL into the address bar.
- Access the payment page and complete the payment again.

インターネット接続環境Internet Connection Requirements

動画再生には、20Mbps程度以上の回線速度が必要です。
通信速度が不足している環境では、音声のみが再生され、動画の再生がスムーズに行われない場合があります。
上記以上の回線契約であっても、混雑などのため回線が不安定になり、視聴がスムーズに行えない場合があります。その際は、回線が混み合っていないかなどをご確認ください。 A connection speed of at least 20Mbps is necessary for smooth video playback.
If connection speed is insufficient, video playback may be unstable, or only audio may be available.
Even with a high-speed connection, congestion or network instability can affect streaming. If issues arise, check your connection status.
